Shipping & Delivery 

All orders are shipped via our Free Next Working Day delivery service. Therefore you will only see the total basket price. We use a 3rd party courier who deliver Tuesday to Friday (9am to 5pm) only. Saturday and Sunday delivery options are currently not available. We ship to most destinations within mainland UK. Our minimum order value is £50 (due to shipping efficiencies) and consists of (any) 8 dishes.

1. Shipping Days

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to 9pm Wednesday will be shipped the next day and arrive on the following day. Your order will arrive anytime between 9am and 7pm but you will receive a one-hour delivery window notification via email or SMS (text message) on the morning of your delivery. Orders placed after 9pm on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday and arrive the following day (Tuesday).   

2. Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (text message). Our delivery days are Tuesday to Friday. On the morning of your delivery you will receive a text message and/or email confirming your delivery window of 1 hour. Meals are packed in (recyclable) double insulated cardboard boxes. Inside the box, we use double insulated silver lining and frozen gel packs to keep the dishes below zero temperature. Our boxes are fully sealed and can be re-used for a picnic or to keep food cold/frozen on a road trip. Our gel packs are also re-usable and can be stored either in or outside the freezer. All our boxes have an outer handle. This make the box easier to carry if you decide to have your order shipped to your work place and need to carry it home.

Please note: All our orders are sent using our next working day Signed For Service. Therefore please have somebody at the delivery address to sign for your order. Shipments that are undelivered due to nobody being available at the address on the specified day can't be redelivered and will be disposed. 

 3. Checkout

When you are ready to purchase please click the “basket” button at the top of the page. Your full order will be displayed and you can add/remove items as required. If/when you make changes to your basket, please click the “update basket” button at the bottom of the page which will recalculate any changes and display the new basket and price. If you have any special instructions for delivery, please use the specified area on the page.

When you are happy with your order selection, please proceed to our secure checkout by clicking the blue button, or by using the alternative payment options. You'll be asked to enter your personal details (which we don’t share with 3rd parties) including email, shipping and phone number. You will then see confirmation of your shipping address. The pre-selected shipping method (Next Day Shipping is always free of charge) and the total number of dishes in your basket with a subtotal. Please review and click “Continue to Payment Method”.

4. Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and all major credit/debit cards. We also accept PayPal, Amazon Pay and Apple Pay (only available on Safari browsers). You will be asked to enter your card details and confirm your shipping address. You can also have your details saved to avoid the checkout process on your next visit. You will then see all the order details and be asked to confirm your order by clicking the “Complete Order” button. When you have checked your order details, click “Complete Order”. You will then receive order confirmation email. 

5. Problems

Please inspect the dishes as soon as you have received your order. If you are unhappy please contact us immediately. We will exchange/refund any items that do not meet our high quality standards, or any item that has been damaged beyond use in transit. If you receive any incorrect items please notify us as soon as possible so that we can rectify the issue. We work openly and honestly and therefore want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied at all times.
