Yes, all our products are meat, egg and fish free.
Are any of your products vegan?
Some of the dishes are yes. Look for the vegan sign on the sleeve/product pages. Alternatively please click here to view all our vegan dishes.
Do you use any additives in your products?
No, all of our products are 100% natural.
Are [MOCK]® dishes GMO-free?
Yes, all of our dishes are GMO-free.
Heating & Serving
What are the heating options?
We have 3 options: for best results, we recommend heating our dishes in a pan (must be defrosted first).
You can also use the micro-wave or the oven. Please follow the instructions on the back of the sleeve. Which can also be viewed on the product pages, see example.
Shipping & Delivery
Are [MOCK] dishes available in stores?
Yes, we are available in some London based "As Nature Intended" stores but you can also sign up to our newsletter and we will keep you up to date.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Unfortunately we only deliver within the UK but plan to expand our network in Q2 2018.
How long does delivery take?
Order by 2pm on Monday to Thursday, and we'll ship your order the next day which will be delivered on the following day.
Do you deliver 7 days a week?
No, we only deliver on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays.
Do I have to order a minimum number of dishes?
Yes, for packaging and delivery efficiencies we request that you buy at least 4 dishes per order.
